Herausforderung

  • Different HR processes across multiple brands and locations
  • Use of Excel work schedules, chip terminals and analog vacation requests
  • High manual effort for short-term changes
  • Lack of real-time overview for HR and executives
  • Many inquiries about working hours, vacation and billing

Lösung

  • Central, cloud-based HR platform for all Foodlover Group brands
  • Digital duty planning and time recording via app
  • Transparent vacation management with self-service for employees
  • Standardised processes instead of stand-alone solutions
  • Guided implementation with training and personal support

“I'd say we've definitely gotten 30-40% faster. In the past, everything had to be scanned and saved somewhere, but today everything is digital.

It's just great when you can focus more on people again and less on the forms. ”

Alles auf den Punkt

The Foodlover Group has digitized HR processes across several hospitality brands. Duty planning, time recording and vacation management run centrally via a cloud-based system with self-service for employees.

The result: up to 40% time savings in HR administration, significantly fewer inquiries and measurably higher process reliability.

Several brands, one problem — processes reached their limits

{{everything}}

The Foodlover Group brings together several catering brands under one roof — from Maredo to Bentobox to the brewing brothers. Each brand has its own identity, but they all share the same operational challenge: coordinating teams across different locations, managing working hours, planning vacations. With a growing variety of brands, it quickly became clear that analog and decentralized processes were reaching their limits. Chip terminals worked, Excel lists fulfilled their purpose — but transparency, speed and traceability were lacking. Particularly in the case of short-term changes, it was necessary to rework frequently.

The introduction of Nesto brought about a structural change. HR processes, which previously ran via various media, were bundled centrally.

30-40% faster — what that means in practice

{{KPIs}}

The figures show an increase in efficiency. But the real change lies in everyday working life. In the past, every working time correction had to be entered manually, and every vacation request scanned and filed. Inquiries about vacation levels or lack of time bookings were part of daily business. Today, employees have direct access to their data. They can see for themselves whether they have forgotten to log in, how much vacation is still available, and when the next work schedule is ready. The HR department can concentrate on strategic tasks because operational processing is automated. No piece of paper is lost, no information has to be reconstructed retrospectively.

From tool to infrastructure — central control across all brands

{{work}}

What began as a tool for duty planning and time recording is now a central infrastructure for all core HR processes. The platform connects locations, brands and employees. Managers plan digitally, employees book via app, and the head office always has an overview. The introduction was also professionally supervised. Colleagues who had worked with Excel for a long time in particular needed support — but no one wants to go back to analog processes today.
